Ankle update

Ankle slowly healing and is feeling a lot better today. Wanted to note that IGF has made a huge difference so far, both in external and internal applications.  Normally this would take about 2 weeks but ankle is about 70% better after 8 days (even with a few days biking) Paleo diet still going great, even though I hate the word diet since it sounds like a temporary quick-fix. Holding at 177lbs but expect to see it creep down over the next few weeks.  Month of June is looking good for incorporating more swimming in to my bike/run routines.  Ultimate goal is a sprint triathlon.
